1. To be eligible to enter this competition, you must:

a) Be aged 18 or over.
b) Have a validated account on the regentcentre.net web site that was created on or after 17/06/10, and not have unsubscribed from our newsletter at the time the of the draw.
c) Not be a direct employee of the Regent Centre.
d) Provide the name of your home town during the registration process and be located within Montgomeryshire. Registrants residing outside of Montgomeryshire will not be eligible to enter.

2. Existing members (those that had registered before 17/06/10) will be eligible to enter this competition if they persuade five friends to sign up. Each entrant must not have been recommended by anyone else, and must meet all the conditions set out in point 1 above. To be eligible, you must:

a) Be aged 18 or over.
b) Have a validated account on the regentcentre.net web site that was created prior to 17/06/10, and not have unsubscribed from our newsletter at the time the of the draw.
c) Not be a direct employee of the Regent Centre.
d) Provide the name of your home town during the registration process and be located within Montgomeryshire. Registrants residing outside of Montgomeryshire will not be eligible to enter.
e) Have emailed us via the contact form at http://www.regentcentre.net/contact/ specifying the email addresses of the five entrants you have recommended.

3. The deadline for entries is Friday 10th September 2010 at 6:00am. All entries must be received by this date. The draw will take place on Friday 10th September 2010 and winners announced in Crystals nightclub. Winners will also be notified by email and names placed on the Regent Centre web site.

4. By accepting the prize you agree to a have your name disclosed and photograph taken and used for publicity by the Regent Centre.

5. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Your details will only be used by The Regent Centre for marketing purposes, such as informing you, via email, of news, forthcoming events or special offers. Your information will NOT be sold or shared with any third parties.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

7. Prizes are not transferable to anybody else.

8. The Regent Centre cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

9. The Regent Centre reserves the right to suspend or withdraw this competition at any time.

10. The Regent Centre reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
