As the largest venue in the Regent Centre, Crystals can be organised to house concerts, performances, discos, birthdays, religious gatherings, office parties, exhibitions, trade shows or less formal events such as dance troupe practices, yoga classes, and band jam sessions. Crystals has high quality audio and lighting equipment installed that can be utilised to offer the best environment for all. Whatever time or day, Crystals can be hired for your convenience.
Operating as a high class cocktail bar on weekends, Luma Lounge is a relaxed and intimate venue available for private hire. Suitable for birthdays, business meetings, dance practices, exercise classes, photo-shoots, band practice, parties of all kinds, receptions and more. Similarly to Crystals, Luma Lounge includes professional audio and lighting equipment and DJ facilities to provide the right atmosphere for your event.
Luma Lounge includes a bar and dance floor area as well as a conservatory with stunning views overlooking the River Severn.
The venue can be hired in combination with Crystals Nightclub to offer a two-floor environment, and partition doors can be opened to provide views over the nightclub.

Forming part of The Exchange public house, Xcells is our smallest function room. As well as being regularly used for events and food service, this room is ideal to hire for smaller private functions, parties, meetings and more.
The room features its own bar, sound & disco lighting systems, DJ box and dance floor. Seating and table layouts can be fully customised to your requirements. Xcells has ground level access and is easily accessible from the main bar area at The Exchange through double doors, which can be left closed for private functions or kept open for easy and clear access during public events.
